The sales and service of Schneider Senator products
will be facilitated for the new representation Chromos AG by two new references. A few months ago, a cutting system with Senator 137 H constituting the core of the plant had gone on line at Bruhin AG in Freienbach; a further system with destacker, S-Line 155 H and restacker started up in the region of Basel just recently.

In August 2006, Bruhin AG of Freienbach (SZ) put the complete cutting line into operation. The system comprises a high-speed cutting machine S-Line 137 H with CT control, a jogger with automatic air removal roller and a restacker. In the same way, the waste removal is automated by the TrimmMaster.

     
 

A precision scale which is integrated into the jogger exactly counts the number of sheets in the stacks. This control element ensures a better safety in the production process by knowing the exact number of sheets at an early stage and corresponding measures can be initiated upon bottlenecks in the subsequent gang stitching process. With the installation of the new cutting line, a direct connection to the film packaging is adapted.
